| Participants viewed this project from a range of perspectives, shaped by their organizational context as well as their individual goals, prior experiences, and concerns. They had varied opinions about the purpose, process, and results of the project. They also expressed differences in their views about the challenges and benefits of the online course, the ENT website (including its Collaborative Curriculum Design Tool), and the Teaching for Understanding framework as tools to support this diverse group of educators in developing a collaborative approach to a shared goal.
