    Adding Other ENT Members to Your Design Team

Whether you're designing with a team of ENT members or designing alone but want some peer feedback, you can allow others to view and edit your design by adding them to your Design Team.

  1. In the CCDT, open the design to which you want to add new members and click on the "Team Info" button, located below your Design Name.
  2. The "Team Information" screen will appear. At the top of the screen, you will see two links: "[Add new design team member]" and "[Add group to design team]". Below these links, you will see the names of your design team members, including your own. To add a new member, click the "[Add new design team member]" link.
  3. Across the top of the next screen, you'll see the letters of the alphabet. Click on the first letter of the last name of the team member you want to add.
  4. In the menu below, all ENT members whose last names begin with the letter you selected will appear.
    Mac users: Click on the name shown and the full list of names will appear, allowing you to choose one.
    Windows users: Hold down the arrow on the right of the drop-down menu and the full list of names will appear, allowing you to scroll to and choose one.
  5. Once the desired name appears in the menu box, click the "Add Member" button.
  6. If you wish to add more members, repeat steps five through seven until you've added all the members you need to.
  7. When you're finished, close the window by clicking on the "X" in the top right hand corner, and you will return to the CCDT screen.
