A longtime WIDE World staffer and instructor, Shannon has been our TSNT instructor since 2002.  After completing graduate studies in Language and Professional Writing, she worked in college-level English classrooms and, later, as a web interface designer. Following this, and before joining the WIDE team as the WIDE Community Manager, she pursued graduate studies at Harvard's School of Education, focusing her inquiry on Technology in Education.

Now acting as a WIDE World consultant, Shannon is currently working with a team of educators and past WIDE World learners to refine the online alumni community, in which participants can continue to exchange ideas and resources after courses have ended.
