WIDE World has developed three different but interconnected pathways to take teachers, teacher leaders and coaches, and school leaders on a united journey towards wide-scale educational improvement.
Teacher Pathway
Teachers usually join WIDE World as part of a school/district initiative and take a series of online courses focused on implementing strategies to help students better understand content.

Teacher Leader & Coach Pathway
Teachers who wish to improve their leadership skills may be eligible to participate in our Teacher Leader & Coach Pathway. Teachers who have completed the Teacher Pathway (two online courses) may be nominated by their district and WIDE World to become coaches in our online courses.

School Leader Pathway
School Leaders are invited to participate in a multi-year plan of action with WIDE World. The program, tailored to school/district needs, helps a leader create and sustain a culture of understanding in a school/district, develop a shared language of assessment, promote online and onsite communities, and build capacity for improvement.

Individual teachers and small teams who wish to take one or more courses independently are also accommodated.
